Summary, etc. Chiji Cards are a deck of cards which help people to think about and explain ideas, feelings or opinions. They can be used by a facilitator with a group or in one-to-one sessions. The facilitator asks a question, and individuals choose a card that best symbolises their response. This sparks a discussion about the card they have chosen and how it represents their feelings. Chiji Cards are used in processing sessions - intended to address specific issues that occurred during an activity. The cards can be used to help a group discuss: Strengths and weaknesses Their feelings about an activity or workshop Confirm that lessons were learned, and skills acquired How to apply lessons learned to everyday life Facilitators can gather valuable feedback on their own performance Audience Chiji Cards can help trainers, health professionals, teachers and many other potential facilitators to have meaningful discussions about topics which may be difficult or awkward to talk about – people who find it difficult to express emotions or feelings may find the cards help them to express themselves."
